The Cheetah's have extra copies if your child has misplaced the document. It is very important to return this Contact Form ASAP to your child's LEAD teacher.
Also, next week is our annual "Dinner on the Lawn, Meet the Teacher Night" from 5-7:30. You can pre-order your food order from Chick-Fil-A by returning the order form sent home with your child during LEAD class. If you choose to not eat, you and your family are still invited to attend the "Meet the Teacher" event, which will begin at 6:30, enabling you to walk your child's classes, meet your child's teachers, and hear about all the exciting and wonderful learning your child is engaging in at Carroll Leadership and Technology Magnet Middle School!!!
Finally, your child was also sent home a PTA enrollment form. To join PTA, you only need to pay $10!!! You can also join the Cougar Club and enjoy the benefits of season passes to all the Cougar Athletic Events! All the money that goes to the PTA goes directly back to the school in the form of funding for field trips, school supplies, new technology, etc. Please continue to support #CarrollNation as our school grows!!!

If your student received a '60' on any assignment that is not a test or quiz, then your student did not turn in the assignment.
Please remember to check HomeBase weekly to review your students' grades, test scores, and any missing/absent work. Also, you should be checking your students' Agenda and signing each week to verify you have reviewed the agenda to ensure your student is completing homework and studying for upcoming assessments. We want your student to be successful and parental involvement in key to ensuring your student is completing all work on time and studying for his or her tests.
Mrs. Green and Mrs. Baptist are always looking for parent volunteers. If you wish to lend a helping hand to the Cheetah's Team, please email either of them to fill some much-needed volunteer opportunities. Ms. Green sends out a weekly email and has requested colored printer paper. If you could provide this resource, please email them and send the paper with your student.
